Meet Dr. Christilynn Aycho ND, Founder of Nàdarra Health. Our clinic focuses on the use of naturopathic medicine in patient care, and offers services fromother aligned health professionals (registered massage therapy, nurse practitioner services, etc) . We use an evidence-based approach in patient treatment and management, with an integrative model of care in mind. As a natural health collective, we assist patients by providing a variety of treatment modalities, clinical nutrition, laboratory testing and diagnosis, and more.

Dr. Aycho, ND, believes in an integrative medicine approach to care, and welcomes all health concerns and needs. She has been trained to understand various conditions, but her primary focuses are immune support, autoimmune disease, gastrointestinal concerns, and women’s & paediatric health.

Dr. Aycho, ND, practices naturopathic medicine in Niagara Falls, Ontario. She completed a 4 year post graduate degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) with residency at William Osler Hospital and the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, concluding her education with receiving a Doctor of Naturopathy degree. Prior to CCNM, she received a Bachelor of Medical Science Honours Degree at Brock University.

Receiving a diagnosis of cancer can feel like the world is collapsing under the weight of the fear that comes from those few sentences, halting life completely. From there the journey begins with a whirl wind of testing, imaging, oncology appointments, and light speed initiation of some intense therapies.

It can feel very overwhelming and confusing, with a lot of pressure put on YOU, the patient, to make decisions you may not fully understand.

For years I have worked with hundreds of individuals navigating cancer, providing integrative support alongside their conventional oncology care. My role is to help patients better understand and navigate their journey while working collaboratively with their oncology team, to prevent nutrient deficiencies, reduce the risk of side effects from various chemotherapy medications, and helping with the overall terrain and body systems from a metabolic approach.

My goal is to help clear up confusion, provide context, answer questions and offer evidence informed guidance, so that you feel supported and empowered throughout your care. I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor practicing within the province of Ontario. I am in good standing with CONO (the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Ontario) and am a member of the OAND (Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors) and the CAND (Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors).

In addition to my clinical focus in cancer care, I have strong interest in complex and chronic health concerns, ranging from Lyme Disease and Fibromyalgia to Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (enlarged prostate) and hormone regulatory issues such as early onset andropause for men, among many others
